- Pre-test Cirepil® Waxes prior to applications.
- Apply Cirepil® Blue Lotion to thoroughly cleanse the area to be waxed.
- Apply a small amount of Cirepil® Pre-Depilatory Oil to areas to be waxed, and remove excess with tissue or towel. If area is particularly moist or perspiring, apply a small amount of talc.
- Apply all waxes in the direction of the hair growth and remove against the hair growth.
- Use the Wooden Leg Spatula, Spoon Spatula or Small Wood Spatula for the most effective application of Cirepil® Ease and Forte. The application should be thin and even. Remove with the Non-Woven Strips or the Cellophane Strips (Cirepil® Ease only). Press and rub over the top of the strip, then remove with a sharp pull close to the skin rather than pulling up in the air. Keep spatula at 90° degree angle (or slightly past) in order to spread the wax thinly. (Avoid buttering Cirepil® Ease or Forte.)
- Use disposable Body Spatulas or Facial Spatulas for application of Cirepil® Blue or Cirepil® Elva Rose. Use about the size of a pea to walnut (depending upon the area), deposit the wax and spread with an even but FIRM touch leaving good edges around the perimeter. The spread should be thicker than the strip waxes. After the wax dries, lift on the edge and remove with a quick pull closer to the skin.
- With any Cirepil® Wax, always apply pressure to the area with your hand, keeping the skin taut upon removal of the strip.
- After waxing, apply Cirepil® Blue Lotion to soothe the area and finish with either the Cirepil® Moisturizing Lotion or Cirepil® After Waxing Gel.
